Good guidance starts with getting to know you.

You shouldn’t need to have all the answers before talking about life insurance. Your questions, your responsibilities, and what you want for the people you love are a good place to begin.

Connect with Carmelo to talk through what matters, make sense of the options, and understand the next step. A conversation with a person, about your life.

02 / WHAT MATTERS TO YOU

Life insurance starts
with life.

There’s a reason behind every decision to plan ahead.
What’s yours?

FOR THEIR EVERYDAY, AND THEIR TOMORROW

Care that looks ahead.

If someone depends on you financially, life insurance can help provide money for their needs after your death. Start with the people you want to look after and the support they may need.

Let’s talk about family

Your life is individual. Your conversation about protection should be, too.

03 / A LITTLE CLARITY

Less jargon.
More understanding.

Life insurance is a way to leave financial support to the people you name as beneficiaries. Understanding the basics can make the conversation feel a lot simpler.

A DEFINED PERIOD

Term life insurance

Coverage for a set period of time. It can be part of planning for responsibilities that have a timeline, such as raising children or paying a mortgage.

A QUESTION TO EXPLORE

“How long might the people I love depend on my income?”

Ask about term life
A LONGER VIEW

Permanent life insurance

Coverage designed to last throughout life when the policy’s requirements are met. Some policies build cash value; costs, features, and conditions vary.

A QUESTION TO EXPLORE

“Do I have protection needs that may last beyond a set term?”

Ask about permanent life

These are general descriptions, not a recommendation or an offer of a specific policy. Availability, eligibility, costs, exclusions, and benefits depend on the insurer and policy. Explore the NAIC’s consumer guide

SPACE TO ASK. ROOM TO THINK.

A conversation first.
A decision when
you’re ready.

Bring your questions. Start where you are.
You don’t need to know the terminology to take the first step.

Let’s start there
04 / A CLEAR WAY FORWARD

From a first hello
to a clearer picture.

You don’t have to figure it all out at once.
Here’s a place to start.

  1. 01

    Start with your story.

Share a little about your life, the people who count on you, and what brought you here.

  2. 02

    Make room for questions.

Talk through your priorities, your budget, and the things you’d like to understand.

  3. 03

    Consider the next step.

Discuss what may make sense for your situation and what information is needed to move forward.

05 / GOOD QUESTIONS

Wondering
where to start?

You’re in good company.
Start with a little understanding.

Ask Carmelo your question
How do I know if I need life insurance?

A useful starting point is whether someone would face financial difficulty without your income or support. Consider the people who rely on you, your financial obligations, and any resources or coverage you already have. Carmelo can help you start that conversation.

What if I already have coverage through work?

It’s worth understanding how much coverage you have, who it covers, and what happens if your employment changes. Check your benefits documents or speak with your employer’s benefits team, then bring your questions to the conversation.

How much coverage should I consider?

There isn’t one number that fits everyone. Your dependents, income, debts, savings, existing coverage, and future responsibilities all matter. A personal conversation can help you identify what to consider.

What should I prepare before we talk?

Just your questions and a general sense of what you’d like to protect. If you have existing coverage, knowing the policy type and amount can be helpful. Please don’t send medical records, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive documents through this website.

Am I applying for insurance by reaching out?

No. This form starts a conversation with Carmelo. It is not an insurance application, and sending a request does not create or change insurance coverage.

06 / YOUR NEXT CHAPTER

Let’s talk about
what matters.
